These terms apply to all visitors, registered buyers, and anyone who interacts with Khamarbari Corporation through this website.

2. Product information & availability

Cattle listed on Khamarbari include details such as breed, age, weight, and photographs. We make reasonable efforts to keep this information accurate, but final details are confirmed only after our team verifies the animal at the farm.

All cattle availability is subject to final confirmation. Stock shown on the website does not guarantee that the animal is still available for sale, as listings may be reserved or sold to another buyer before your booking is confirmed.

3. Booking & price confirmation

A listing on the website is an invitation to inquire, not a confirmed sale. Your booking becomes confirmed only when Khamarbari contacts you, verifies the animal, agrees a final price with you, and receives the required payment or advance.

Displayed prices are indicative and may change based on the final weight, condition, and market situation at the time of confirmation. Any price change will be communicated to you before the sale is completed.

4. Payments

Payment terms, including any advance or booking amount, will be explained to you by our team at the time of confirmation. The booking is not secured until the agreed payment has been received.

Please use only the payment channels published on our Where to Pay page. Khamarbari is not responsible for payments made to any account that has not been officially shared by our team.

5. Delivery & risk

Delivery arrangements, including location, timing, and cost, are agreed with you individually before the cattle is dispatched. Risk in the animal passes to you once delivery is completed and accepted at the agreed location.

Any delivery delay caused by weather, road conditions, government restrictions, or other events beyond our reasonable control will be communicated to you as early as possible.

6. Animal health

Khamarbari raises and handles cattle with care and shares health information in good faith. You are encouraged to review the animal, ask questions, and request any additional information you need before confirming your purchase.

Any health guarantee, warranty, or after-sale support that applies to your purchase will be the one explicitly confirmed by our team in writing at the time of sale.

7. Accounts & responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Please contact us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

You agree to provide accurate information when registering or placing an order, and not to use this website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, photographs, logos, and design, belongs to Khamarbari Corporation or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use this content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability
